To support equitable recovery for all, 41% of our consultants are located in rural and remote areas, providing broad service reach and accessibility to clients, helping to bridge the gap in healthcare and improve everyone’s outcomes.

Through this approach we’re able to overcome rapidly and collaboratively the challenges faced by rural and remote clients and customers in relation to access. Our rural team can access the most remote regions and we welcome the opportunity to discuss managing an effective travel schedule with all customers. In addition, our staff are all dual-trained for same and new employer services to ensure coverage and continuity of services, alongside our specialised assessment formats.

We have a dedicated rural team that are highly experienced, with an average tenure of 8.5 years, with extensive clinical and industry experience to provide best-practice services. Our rural team also includes a rural-based management team and industry award winning consultants.
