A passionate, collaborative, and client-centred Physiotherapist with experience and expertise in exercise rehabilitation, education, and creating beneficial client relations. With a keen interest in return to sport, and return to work rehabilitation. James is passionate about continuing his education and development of skills in these areas, since commencing in the rehabilitation sector early in 2022.

Following 2 years of clinical experience, James has kicked goal after goal since commencing with Kairros starting as a Rehabilitation Consultant and progressing to an Injury Management Specialist in 2023 where he achieved an overall Return to Work rate of 92% for both same and new employer services.

Most recently James has stepped into the role of Customer Experience Manager, where he will continue to work with customers to deliver outcomes, build relationships and ensure optimal rehabilitation and recovery outcomes for all.
